GeoShield was pleased to exhibit at Healthcare Estates 2026, held at Manchester Central on 13–14 October, where we showcased our independent Commercial Flat Roof Testing, Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) and Commercial Radon Monitoring services.
It was a busy couple of days meeting professionals from across the healthcare and facilities management sectors, discussing the challenges of maintaining healthcare buildings and sharing how our testing and monitoring services can support estates teams.
Supporting Healthcare Estates with Commercial Flat Roof Testing
For hospitals and healthcare facilities, keeping buildings in good condition is essential. From ageing roofing systems to unexpected water ingress, identifying potential issues early can help estates and facilities management teams plan maintenance and minimise disruption.
Throughout the exhibition, our team at Stand A21 spoke with visitors about the importance of independent flat roof integrity testing and how it can support both planned maintenance and investigations into existing roofing problems.
Electronic Leak Detection for Commercial Flat Roofing
One of the key services we highlighted was Electronic Leak Detection (ELD), a non-destructive testing method used to identify breaches and defects in suitable flat roof waterproofing systems.
